Selection Procedure

1.Preliminary Exam

Negative Marking – 1/4th or 0.25 marks

There will be sectional cut offs and overall cutoffs , so scoring high in one or two particular sections will not be enough. You need to perform well in every section at least till the cut off level.

Secondly , cut offs are not decided before the exams.

Preliminary exam is just elimination round to get selected further for mains. Only the people who clear Pre exam round will get shortlisted for the next round of mains exam. The list of shortlisted candidate will be available on the website, and only these candidates will get the call letter/admit card for the mains.

Scores obtained in preliminary exam will not be counted further.

 

 2. Mains Examination

3.Interview – 100 Marks

Final Selection will be on the basis of Marks obtained in Mains examination and Interview. The weightage  (ratio) of mains examination and Interview wii be 80:20 respectively.
